COURSE INSTRUCTOR

Abacus Tutors instructors should possess the following qualities.
A humane, loving and patient approach is needed to tutor children.
The teacher should realize that this profession is special and doing sacred service. The tutor should have adequate knowledge and proper training in the subject.
This service necessitates commitment to help children learn. The tutor should be available for handling special classes to support and nurture those children who lag behind others and help them to get on par with the students who are able to manage better.
The tutor should be a graduate, knowledgeable with proper training that will be exhibited only through good communication.
Ability to communicate in a clear and lucid manner is warranted for effective communication Hence, instructors who have these qualities would be the right candidate.
Training will be provided by the Unik Concept Mental Arithmetic Skill chief trainers, once the members centre has been signed and tutor training fee is paid.
Level wise training is offered. First level, being the foundation level, will require 3 days and for all the other levels training will be for 2 levels per day, excepting the 4th level for which the tutor will need an entire day.
The instructor will be tested after each level and awarded certificates.
There is also a refreshing course through which they can stay up-to-date on the modern techniques. The teachers are also motivated by holding regular competitions and awarded trophies and gifts.
