Courses
      we are having a host of programs that are tailor made to suit every child .The programs are interactive with the child actively participating in all aspects of learning. The books are also designed to incite the child wanting to learn more about this program. The child courses through this training with lots of fun and frolic and keeps the child engaged. The under mentioned are the following courses presently available for children between ages 4-12.
         Contrary to the conventional way of learning techniques that are book oriented Abacus. We at ucmas have developed a combination of book-based as well as creative and imaginative curriculum.

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

1. The student should practice the sums daily for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. The student should be consistent in his work.
3. The student should be attentive in class.
4. The student should come 5 minutes before the class begins.
5. The student should get into the habit of solving the problems within the stipulated time.
6. Bring all your belongings needed for the class without fail.
7. The student should not take leave unnecessarily.
GRADUATION
1. The students are awarded certificates after the completion of each level.
2. The child who has completed all the levels on time will be eligible for the graduation certificate.
3. These certificates and awards will make the child more confident and believe in himself to explore many new avenues.

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS


  • The child should be punctual. 
  • The Abacus T-shirt should be worn for class. 
  • The child should not be absent unnecessarily.
  • Encourage the child to perform well. 
  • Daily practice enhances the imaging skill of the child. 
  • The child should complete the daily home practice for about 10 to 15 minutes. 
  • The child should be attentive. 
  • The instructions given by the instructor should be strictly adhered to. 
  • Parents are not allowed to enter the classroom while the class is in progression. 
  • Kindly get the feed back of your ward from the instructor at least once a month. 
  • Kindly ensure that your child completes all the 8 levels on time to reap the rich dividends of the concept.
K.G. PROGRAM


  • K.G. - 1

    K.G. - 1

    Addition & Subtraction - Numbers 1 to 5 (Using Abacus). Duration – 3 months Age group – from 4.6 to 5 Years (Introduction of abacus numbers 1 to 5 ) Addition and subtraction single digit. The children are introduced to abacus and its concepts and learning it with the use of formula. There are 2 books, which are attractively colored and simple with bold numbers and pictures.


  • K.G. - 2

    Addition & Subtraction - Numbers 1 to 9 (Using Abacus). Duration – 3 months KG – 1 – Level has to be completed to enter KG – 2 – LEVEL. (Introduction of abacus number 6 to 9 ) Addition and subtraction single digit The fundamentals of abacus are taught and the child is trained to handle the abacus appropriately. The child is upgraded to a higher level of concept learning and made thorough of the concepts.

  • TERM - I

    TERM - I

    Addition & Subtraction - Numbers 1 to 100 (Using Abacus with Concepts). Duration – 4 months Age group – Starts from 6years The children are introduced to concept learning with the use of formulae. The child can go to the 2nd level only if he/she is thorough with the formulae of the first level. The books are attractively colored yet simple with bold numbers and pictures. The child is prepared to tackle any sum with ease pertaining to single digits.



  • TERM - II

    Addition & Subtraction - Numbers 1 to 1000 (Using Abacus). Single Digits Numbers (Mentally). In this level the children are into advanced concept learning where speed and accuracy are concentrated on with double digits. The children are given extensive exercises in fingering and orals to boost speed and accuracy. The children are also trained to perform sums mentally without the abacus.
    TERM - II

    TERM - III

    Addition & Subtraction (Using Abacus with Mentally). During this level the children are mentally trained to solve single digit sums picturizing the beads without the abacus, while double digits are also solved through regular exercise in the abacus. The child is made to learn the Tables.



  • TERM - IV

    Addition, Subtraction and Multiplication (Using Abacus and Mentally). The children are introduced to the advanced usage of digits, Addition, subtraction and are introduced to multiplication having a thorough knowledge of tables and are given regular exercise.

    Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division. (Using Abacus and Mentally). Advanced level training in digits Addition, subtraction & multiplication mentally without the Abacus and with the abacus. An introduction to division in abacus is given.


  • TERM - VI

    Addition, Subtraction and Multiplication and Division. (Mentally). All Addition, subtraction, multiplication & division are all in the advanced level and the child has to solve all the problems without and with the help of the Abacus. This level warrants utmost concentration from the child to understand this advanced level.

    Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division. (Mentally). All Addition, subtraction, multiplication & division are all in the advanced level and the child has to solve all the problems without and with the help of the Abacus. This level warrants utmost concentration from the child to understand this advanced level.






  • TERM - VIII

    Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division and Decimals. (Mentally). Apart from training to solve problems mentally without the abacus children are also trained in solving decimal numbers in all the above the mathematical processes. The training for decimals in addition and subtraction is given and also for regular practice for multiplication and division.

ONCE THIS LEVEL IS COMPLETED THE CHILD GRADUATES.
